In our new hybrid work setting in this world, we’ve seen a 48% usage of virtual meetings daily/weekly, and online catchups like never before.

It’s December 2020, and come next May, it will be my 5th year in Circles.Life. I was having a conversation with some of my team members about our ‘Whys’, and it was also a point of self-reflection about why I am still very much in tune with what I’m doing.

So, you’re a designer in a growth team where you see 5–10 campaigns happening week on week, 3–5 pilots, fake door tests, dozens of creative refresh requests, website changes on a daily basis…sounds like a lot? It is.

4 years ago, I took a leap of faith and courage to leave my agency job as a Project Executive to join this company that literally had no name back then. That’s right, the level of risk I was taking was at scale.

While it is true that my schedule is crazily tight, I don’t believe in letting either of them slip by. I’m just going to pen my thoughts down in this discussion about having work life balance & juggling many priorities in life other than work.
